All proposals, visuals, and design documents produced by Fine Spaces are protected intellectual work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in the official agreement before execution starts.

Any modification requests outside the approved scope may affect cost and delivery schedule.
